2. Introductory Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the mutual rights and obligations arising from or in connection with the purchase contract concluded between the seller and the buyer through the online store.

  • Formation of the contract: The purchase contract is created when the buyer submits an order and the seller accepts (confirms) it. Automatic order receipt confirmation is not considered acceptance; acceptance occurs only via a follow-up email confirming processing.
  • Governing law: All contractual relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended.

3. Payment Terms

The buyer may choose from the following payment methods, all free of charge:

  • Payment card (online): Mastercard or Visa via our payment gateway. Card data is processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider; we do not store it.
  • Apple Pay via Apple Wallet
  • Google Pay
  • Shop Pay

Prices include VAT and are charged in CZK (Czech Republic) or EUR (Slovakia and EU). After completing your order, a tax invoice (faktura) is sent to your email.

4. Shipping & Delivery

For shipping methods, costs, and delivery times, see our Shipping Policy. For delivery purposes we share necessary order details (name, address, email, phone) with the carrier.

5. Product Offering and Prices

  • Availability: Stock information is indicative. The seller reserves the right to cancel an order if a product is no longer manufactured or its purchase price has changed substantially.
  • Prices: Prices stated at the time of order are final. Discounts and bonuses cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
  • Liability: The seller is not liable for damages caused by delivery delays attributable to the carrier or force majeure.

6. Returns, Warranty & Right of Withdrawal

8. Final Provisions

These Terms of Service take effect on the date of their publication. The seller reserves the right to amend them; the version in force at the time of order submission is binding for the buyer.

9. Events and Private Sessions

Access to ONE BOUT events is granted exclusively to verified purchasers of eligible limited edition pieces. ONE BOUT reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, registered attendees will be notified via the email address provided at registration. No monetary compensation is provided in the event of cancellation or postponement. Event details including location, date, and format are communicated separately to eligible registrants.

10. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution (ADR)

We handle complaints directly first — email hello@onebout.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, the consumer may turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Central Inspectorate – ADR Department, Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, Company ID: 000 20 869, web: adr.coi.cz, email: adr@coi.cz. A proposal may be filed within 1 year of first exercising the disputed right; the procedure is free for the consumer.
